This is not a bad product, except it is somewhat challenging to install.
Do not try to force the unit over the top of a chair if the straps are too tight. Instead, pop the chair back off of the base (just pull upward sharply, usually) and fir the massager over the base of the back, then replace the chair back onto the base. Three minutes work. Now adjust the position of the unit for your height. Mine is fine about two inches above the chair base. Tighten the straps using safety pins if necessary to hold in place. Retighten as necessary.

Rated 5 out of 5�by Kinini We had tried 3 or 4 different back cushions and none really worked well. However, this one is great. Having both massage and heat really helps, especially the lower back. Works really well in the car, too.

Even though I sit in a recliner, I needed better support for my low back. The additional benefits of both heat and vibration are great for those times when I need a little extra "attention".

To be honest I haven't even tried out the massage/heat functions of this item. I was very disappointed with how it sits on my chair. There is a strap that you are supposed to put around the back of your seat, but the nylon strap slips and comes loose. It's also centered on the back rest which causes it to lean forward - thus having to mess with it every time you sit down. I'm not happy with it at all.
